All instrumentation is concentrated in a programmable logic controller (PLC), which is responsible for conducting all the logic of operation and control of different devices and valves that are in the facilities. The information of the instruments and the whole process takes a display system. This system offers the following options to the facilities for the plant:
Ø Viewing all variables of the plant (levels, pressures, flow rates, temperatures, etc.).
Ø Industrial Database
Ø Reports chart.
Currently this study is divided in two stages. The first is the completion of the facilities of all stations in 3D (electronic model), its general advanced is 60%. The second phase is the completion of the Basic Engineering, studying the different options that exist for suppression systems with different extinguishing agents, also is undertaking the study of the detection system with the placement of fire detectors facilities.
